Attack on Titan chapter 83 prediction and spoilers: Armin to become new Titan Shifter; Isayama to kill off Sasha or Jean

Shingeki no Kyojin chapter 83 - The momentum in the battle of Shiganshina has certainly swung side to the Survey Corps as Levi decapitated the Beast Titan while Eren, Mikasa and company were able to cut down both the Colossal and the revived Armored Titan on the other side of the wall.

However, their success in this war won't be possible without the sacrifices made by Erwin Smith, Armin Artlert and the rest of the Survey Corps, who literally spilled their blood for the sake of humanity.

But have the Survey Corps done enough to win this war? Have we really seen the last of Armin Artlert? These are just a couple of many questions the upcoming chapter must answer before the story progresses to its next arc.

Armin - Dead or Alive?

We all know that anything can happen in the world of Shingeki no Kyojin. The unpredictability of the story makes every chapter intriguing to read after all. But let's all be honest, no one see this coming, not with the story's most loved characters getting roasted alive.  

Like I said, Armin is one of the major characters in Shingeki no Kyojin. Outside commander Smith, Armin is probably the smartest battle tactician among Survey Corps members. His schemes are probably quite bold, but nevertheless won battles in their war of attrition against the warriors outside the walls. And now, Armin is on the verge of his death after taking Colossal Titan's piping hot steam head on.

Is this over for our beloved Armin? I feel we haven't seen the last of this guy. As long as Levi hasn't used that Titan serum yet, there's a chance our Armin will get through this and become a titan-shifter alongside his buddy Eren.

Levi's pursuit of Zeke:

Levi vowed a promise to his friend Erwin Smith to kill the Beast Titan and feed him to a future titan shifter. A promise he will continue chase until his last breath. With Zeke still on the run, expect Levi to go berserk mode once again as he tries to wade through bunches of titans.

There are speculations that his pursuit of Zeke will go all the way to the Forest of Giant trees, where our savage captain - unfortunately for the Beast Titan - has an obvious advantage.

The fate of Bertolt, Reiner and injured Survey Corps member:

Sasha 'Potato Girl' was badly injured, Jean was also hanging for his life. Casualties are piling up for the Survey Corps, and they still haven't figured it out what to do with the badly-beaten bodies of Bertolt and Reiner.

Here's a prediction, a member of the Survey Corps will be killed off by Hajime Isayama. It could be Sasha or Jean, but I hope I am wrong. As for the titan-shifters, I can see the colossal titan or armored titan being fed to a titanized Armin, making him the new wielder of this ability.

All of these pressing issues should be covered before we go to the most intriguing location in all the three-wall city: Dr. Jaeger's basement. Chapter 83 of Attack on Titan will be officially released this coming weekend. Tune in.
