In the previous episode, Elliot was killed by the girls in the hit-and-run car accident and they must do something before their secret is out. According to the official synopsis for "Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) Season 7 episode 4, liars attempt to hide their secret. They will be burying the dead body before someone finds out about it.
In the meantime, their secret takes a toll on their relationship with their men. Boys know that the girls are hiding something and this is going to impact their relationship.
Hanna and Caleb's kiss causes problems for Spencer and Caleb. Spencer is unable to come to terms with what happened between the exes. She does something that she may later regret. And Mona returns and offer to help the girls in their cover-up plan. It will be for their good or bad remains to be seen.
"Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) Season 7 episode 4 will also see the return of Jenna. A promo video exclusively released by Variety teases awkward confrontation between Jenna and the Liars. Jenna reveals that she is visiting for Toby's engagement and she may even be visiting Ali in the hospital.
