The same publication also cited the comment of the CEO of the Escobar Inc., Olof K. Gustafsson. The chief executive office said that Netflix should consider the request of Roberto, given that Escobar family and the viewers of the series deserved a precise portrayal on the life of Pablo and Roberto in "Narcos" Season 2.

On the other hand, Roberto claims that he was the accountant of the Medellin Cartel, and that he is among of the few members of the cartel who are still alive, Christian Times has learned. The same publication also noted the statement of Roberto, saying that some of the stories told in the first season of "Narcos" were not accurate.

Roberto also emphasized that the network should have seek their approval first even before Netflix started to gain monetarily from the story of his brother. The report also cited that Roberto is not going anywhere without a fight, and is looking to get a sum of $1 billion to serve as compensation. He is reportedly ready to take legal actions whenever necessary.

With this issue, several rumors are rising that this may affect the scheduled release date of "Narcos" Season 2, and that the second installment may be delayed.

As of the moment, Netflix has remained silent in regards to the claims of Pablo's brother, while "Narcos" Season 2 is expected to air on September this year.
