Caleb and Spencer are expected to tie the knot within this season as there had been speculations that the former will be proposing to her girlfriend in episode 5. Despite being dead, Elliot Rollins may still be alive as hinted in the episode preview.
The promo for "Pretty Little Liars" season 7 episode 5 was already released a few days ago. The preview hinted on several mysteries which surrounded the season since it aired this year. Although Elliot Rollins was already murdered by the Liars last episode, with Alison being freed from her psychopath husband, there are still mysteries surrounding the late character.
A few seconds of the clip shared how Alison was so disappointed finding out the that what her husband told her were all lies, starting from his name down to the place where he came from.
Episode 7 of the said season is titled, "Along Comes Mary," where it will be showing the Liars will succeed in getting Alison out of the psychiatric hospital. But another problem surfaces as she can only be sent home to a near relative, International Business Times reported.
With Jason being out of town, the only one Alison can rely to in Rosewood is her late mom's estranged twin sister, Mary Drake. Jenna Marshall also returns in the upcoming episode, claiming she is in town for Toby and Yvonne's wedding. It can be recalled that Jenna actually called Elliot last week, which lead to speculations she had ties with the late character.
Although Rollins was already regarded as dead by the PLLs, a character tells Alison that "he was last seen in Baltimore," making her worry all the more. Another mystery will be faced by the Liars this episode as Caleb goes missing.
Spencer and Hanna may have to set aside their differences to find the missing Caleb, but it seems the mystery will be a part of a big surprise for the episode. There had been speculations on who among the PLL couples will be tying the knot this season, but it seems that several hints are pointed towards Caleb and Spencer.
There were already hints dropped at Twitter describing the proposal will be "extremely emotional," TV Line reported. More mysteries are expected to be unveiled once the next episode airs.
