"NCIS" Season 14 is a few months away from its premiere date and fans are wondering how the story flow of the series would g,o now that Agent DiNozzo bid his goodbye in the previous season.

According to Ecumenical news, a new character would be introduced in "NCIS" Season 14, as Wilmer Valderrama would be added to the series, although the name of his character and details about it is still undetermined.

It is believed that Valderrama would portray the role of a field agent who disappeared a long time ago and decided to finally come back. According to the same publication, his character in "NCIS" Season 14 would be full of mystery, as things that happened during his disappearance would be unraveled and some secrets would be discovered.

During an interview with NCIS showrunner Gary Glasberg, he stated that Valderrama would be able to play with his acting skills because of the different dynamics of his character. Valderrama's role in "NCIS" Season 14 is believed to be the one to replace Agent DiNizzo's comedic character. Glasberg even stated "Wilmer Valderrama will be able to flex his dramatic, physical and comedic talents in this classic 'NCIS' role. Fans are going to see him like they're never seen him before. This is going to be fun. We're thrilled he's coming aboard."

In other news, according to Inquisitr, two more agents would be added on Agent Gibb's team besides Valderrama's character.

Both of the additional agents were already seen in different episodes of the series. M16 Officer Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry) would be added as a regular cast member in "NCIS" Season 14. It was believed that alongside Henry, Sarah Clark was also offered to be part of the regular cast of "NCIS" Season 14, since her role as an FBI agent has been a recurring role in the series ever since. Although Henry was happy to join, Clark decided to refuse the offer.

The other agent who'll be joining the series as a regular cast in "NCIS" Season 14 is Agent Alexandra Quinn (Jennifer Esposito), wherein she plays the role of a former agent who decided to leave her field duties and be a Law Enforcement Training Center instructor.

As of the moment, it is still unknown how these agents would be a part of Agent Gibb's team.
