The younger sister of Duchess Kate Middleton and the most eligible high-society bachelorettes of Britain, Pippa Middleton, is now engaged to James Matthews.
On July 19, Tuesday morning, as Pippa left her London home, she was spotted wearing a dazzling diamond ring. The 32-year-old celebrity got engaged to her 40-year-old fiancé, Matthews, who is a millionaire hedge fund manager.
Pippa was spotted with a four carat Asscher cut is considered to be the highest grading for diamond clarity. The style appeal of the octagon shaped diamond is enhanced by the round cut diamonds that surrounds the bling. Well, it is worth mentioning here that this is the only similarity that Pippa's ring has with her sister Kate. Apart from this similarity, the two rings are notably different. In 2010, Prince William had proposed to Kate with the 12 carat sapphire ring that belonged to Princess Diana, William's mother. Well, originally, Prince Charles had purchased the ring from Ceylon for his lady love in 1981.
According to Daily Mail, Pippa's father has revealed that he and his wife Carole are delighted that Pippa and Matthews got engaged. He feels that they will make a lovely couple and have showered their blessing on the newly engaged. Both Kate and William have also expressed their happiness at Pippa's engagement. They are said to be overwhelmed with the news and have given good wishes to the couple.
Pippa and Matthews' wedding seem to be on the horizon. And, with the superb diamond ring that Pippa is flaunting, it is no secret that the wedding will also be a gala affair, perfectly infused with the royal flavors just like her sister's wedding. However, nothing official has been announced so far.
Meanwhile, the publication reports that Pippa could not just stop smiling as she left her home on July 20, Wednesday, in the morning. In addition to the dazzling diamond ring she sported a feminine floral dress that showcased her toned and tanned legs.
