Niantic Labs CEO John Hanke said during the July 24 San Diego Comic-Con panel that gamers are yet to discover all Easter eggs in "Pokémon GO." Some of the Pokémon that prove elusive for players include, among others, the four biggest legendaries - Aritcuno, Moltres, Zapdos, and Mewtwo.

Talking to moderator Chris Hardwick on stage as archived by Periscope, Hanke said, "There are a certain set of Pokémon in the game right now. There are some rare ones that haven't showed up yet that will be showing up."

Many fans expected that some of these rare Pokémon would appear during the event. However, this did not happen amid the belief that these rare finds would be released as special event monsters in time for the game's first big convention appearance.

Hanke said that if he were to summon a Pokémon for fans at that time, he would. He added that while they have not rolled "Pokémon GO" everywhere yet, they are working hard to ensure that they get there.

Gamers have consolation that there are other uncovered secrets to find, one of which they have already discovered. The CEO confirmed the anime-inspired strategy to evolve the famous Eevee character, which hit the internet earlier this month.

Hanke said that if a player names his Eevee well, he can control hot it would evolve. He added that there might be a few other Easter eggs hidden in there yet to be found.

"Pokémon GO" is still in its early life, and the CEO pointed out that he saw the game as a huge multiplayer online game that the developer would support and add to in future. Upcoming inclusions that Hanke mentioned during the panel include the previously unveiled trading feature, new Pokémon, and Pokéstop customization, including giving the locations Pokémon Center-style healing abilities.

Fans should also expect expanded roles for the team leaders, whose character designs were announced during the event, according to Polygon. The leaders of Mystic, Team Valor, and Instinct will give trainers advice in later releases, establishing a relationship with the gamer more akin to the conventional game. According to Hanke, teams will have a crucial role with regard to revealing the legendary birds.
