"Twilight" alum Kristen Stewart may have just thrown shade at her former co-star Robert Pattinson.
According to Hollywood Life, the actress shared that she's never been happy with her relationship with Pattinson especially if it's compared with her relationship with Alicia Cargile.
The actress also allegedly claimed that she became so much happier after she split from Pattinson and started dating women.
While speaking with Elle UK, the 26-year-old actress confirmed that when she was with Pattinson, she felt the need to hide their relationship because of a number of different reasons.
"When I was dating a guy I was hiding everything that I did because everything personal felt like it was immediately trivialized and I didn't like it. We were turned into these characters and placed into this ridiculous comic book and I was like, 'That's mine. You're making my relationship something that It's not.' I didn't like that," she said.
Meanwhile, Stewart added that everything about her dating life and how the press treated her changed when she started dating women.
"I was like, 'Actually, to hide this provides the implication that I'm not down with it or I'm ashamed of it, so I had to alter how I approached being in public. It opened my life up and I'm so much happier," she said.
In other news, Stewart and Cargile started dating a few years after the actress split from Pattinson. At that time, Pattinson also started dating musician FKA Twigs. The two later on decided to get engaged, but there are rumors that they are currently on break from on-and-off relationship.
Stewart and Cargile, on the other hand, also split from each other for a few months. After which, the former started dating French musician SoKo. Their relationship didn't last very long either.
A few months later, Stewart and Cargile were once again spotted during one of their recent outings. At that time, rumors started swirling that the two have decided to get back together.
However, both Stewart and Cargile never confirmed the status of their current relationship.
