With the entrance of Garcia into "Lucifer" Season 2, there is a possibility that she will be paired with mainstay Lesley-Ann Brandt's character Maze.

According to Parent Herald, news of this possible pairing surfaced when Garcia posted a photo of her and Brandt, where she hashtagged the post with "#GirlCrush." Garcia shared her admiration of Brandt, calling her "gorgeous," "hilarious, "smart," "wickedly talented," and not to mention with a "sick" body.

Garcia's tweet was retweeted by Brandt herself, calling on the "Lucifer" writers by tweeting "THIS needs to happen," calling their upcoming love team "MazElla." However, the "Lucifer" production team has yet to confirm the said team up.

Meanwhile, according to Screen Rant, the newest trailer for "Lucifer" Season 2 premiered during the cast panel in the recently held San Diego Comic Con 2016. The almost three-minute long video montage features many scenes from the show's second season, including Lucifer's mother arrival on Earth.

Helfer, who will play Charlotte in "Lucifer" Season 2, describes her character as someone who has "a lot of layers." She added that because of these layers, her character is "fun to play."

In season 1, Lucifer was meant to come back to hell; however he had to go back to Earth due to the fact that his mom was "on the loose." It has now become his mission to bring her back to their home.

"Lucifer" Season 2's trailer reveals Lucifer's shocked reaction upon seeing his mother, along with some scenes of his sessions with therapist Linda Martin. Some scenes also suggest that Maze may have been responsible for Charlotte's newfound freedom, although fans have to wait until Sept.19 to find out if it is true.
