Marshall Mathers III, who is professionally known as Eminem, was one of the artists in the music industry who became victims of Suge Knight's intimidation. This was according to the former bodyguard of the "Rap God" rapper named Byron "Big Naz" Williams.

"We were at The Source Awards and we all know historically in the past, The Source Awards, someone always got shot," Big Naz said in a recent interview with "Murder Master Music Show." He said it was their first encounter with Knight and his henchman.

According to Big Naz, Eminem was going to his seat at the time and the way they had the seating was all messed up while the bodyguards could not sit with the artists. For the former bodyguard, it was by design.

Apparently, the purpose was to enable the artists to network with each other. On the other hand, it also allowed people who got beef with other artists to get at them, as pointed out by Big Naz, who witnessed a scene starting to take place in the middle of the aisle where Eminem was sitting.

The Detroit rapper was beefing with guys wearing red shirts and his face was turning like tomato red, Big Naz said. The former bodyguard added that he had to bust through the middle man, snatch Eminem up and ask what was going on.

"This is exactly what they said, 'Death Row, mother----r, Death Row,'" Big Naz revealed. Knight was the former head of Death Row Records and is affiliated with the Bloods.

After confronting the goons, Big Naz found out that that Knight had something to do with it. It turned out that Knight sent the guys to get into it with him and Eminem.

To take control of the situation, Big Naz had to call Dre and his bodyguards, who were backstage where they eventually ended up going. Eminem then did his presentation while Big Naz, Dre and his bodyguards were in beast mode the entire time.

Currently, Knight is in jail awaiting trial for murder and attempted murder after a fatal hit-and-run incident in Compton, California, in January 2015. Listen to the "Murder Master Music Show" interview here:
