Avid fans of the South Korean star may recall Lee playing serious or charismatic roles in various drama projects over the years. The photo stills that were released on Tuesday, Aug. 3, captured Lee's playful antics between filming the scenes for the drama. One of the photos featured the actor standing on the street in a ninja-like pose. Lee had his arms raised towards the right side while he stood on one leg with his right knee raised up almost to the waist level.

In another photo, the "Pinocchio" star was photographed holding a long bubble wand with bubbles floating around him. It appears that the actor has been keeping himself entertainment by playing with bubbles while waiting for filming to resume. He also had a smile on his face as he held onto the small bubble maker.

Other images from the drama's filming set showed the actor checking his hairstyle in a mirror, while another featured Lee smiling brightly at the camera. He also posed for a cute photo in what appears to be a bookstore. The Korean star even had both hands near his face with his fingers in a "V" formation.

This was not the first time that Lee has shown his boyish charms while filming the MBC drama. Previous photo stills released for "W" depicted the actor and his co-star Han Hyo Joo's filming activities. A behind-the-scenes clip that included the two cast members' first kissing scene in the drama was even unveiled in late July, Soompi reported.

In the clip, Lee can be seen doing an embarrassed dance when the filmed kissing scene revealed that he leaned towards Han during the shot. Lee's Kang was supposed to stay still during the said scene while Han's character suddenly kissed him in an effort to shock Kang. Han then teased Lee over his actions and commented on the actor's flushed face.

"W" airs every Wednesday and Thursday on South Korean's MBC channel.
