Pokémon GO GPS hacks are just the surface of what determined hackers can do for the Niantic AR game as popular bots such as Necrobot and PokéBuddy can play the game for the player.

One of the most popular Pokémon GO bots is Necrobot which also has a straightforward setup for first time users. What it does is that it logs in a player's Pokémon GO account and plays it for them without having to open up the app in the smartphone.

All botters need is a computer with an Internet connection and the coordinates for their preferred starting location. The Pokémon GO bot will then start to snipe or look for nearby Pokémon while virtually walking around the set location as not to arouse any suspicion from Niantic's servers.

Pokémon GO Necrobot requires the starting location's longitude and longitude, The Bitbag has learned. A city would be the best starting points as they would have many PokéStops to rack up items and XP.

Once downloaded, Necrobot will ask for the login credentials of the user. Pokémon GO players can use their Google or the Pokémon Trainer Club accounts but the latter is not that recommended as Niantic may have more control over the data collected that can be used to detect botters.

After setting the login credentials and coordinates, Pokémon GO bot Necrobot will then attempt to log in the account to start playing the game. By default, it will display the username of the account and 10 Pokémon with the highest CP ratings for the user to view.

Necrobot will then travel from PokéStop to PokéStop without the user having to press another button. Users can just minimize the screen and continue on with their work and just check their Pokémon GO account later.

The battle against Pokémon GO bots have been intensified as The Pokémon Company recently sent out one cease and desist letter for a GitHub user whose API can be used to create more bots, The Verge reported. Fortunately, Necrobot is still alive and functional for those looking to try it out.

By default, Necrobot has 31 kilometers per hour as the walking speed. Pokémon GO users who do not want to be banned are encouraged to change it to less than 15kph so that they would not be detected and to hatch their incubated eggs.

Pokémon GO bot Necrobot is free to download and is one of the most popular ones that allow players to quickly level up and catch more Pokémon. Players are still recommended to use it with caution and with realistic settings as possible to avoid being banned.
