Nick Gordon apparently passed the opportunity to visit Bobbi Kristina Brown in the hospital after he turned down the terms given by the Browns regarding his visitation.
According to the Mirror, Brown's lawyer issued a statement saying, they have acknowledged Gordon's request but he refused to agree with the terms given. He also added, "We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to the investigation."
This can only mean that they want Gordon to sit down with the police, according to TMZ. His refusal to accept the terms made Brown's camp assume that Gordon is not that concerned about visiting Kristina.
However, in a statement given by Gordon's lawyers, they claimed that Brown only made statements and given terms for a potential visit to Kristina. The non-assurance that Gordon could secure a scheduled visit prompted his lawyers to advise him to reject those terms given. In his hopes to see Brown, Gordon's lawyers say that he is doing everything to be able to request personally for a visit, instead of leaving the matters to their individual lawyers.
While the terms mentioned were not disclosed, it is very clear that it has something to do with the criminal investigation and the alleged marks on Brown's body that may suggest violence before she was found unconscious in a bathtub. Despite the intricate situation he is in, Gordon urged his twitter followers to keep praying for Brown.
On Feb. 21, Gordon made another plea to let him visit Brown as he is the only one who can bring her back to life. Brown's lawyers refuse to fall into that bait. Until such agreement is made, Gordon remains to be an unwelcome visitor to Brown and her family.
