The latest details for "Final Fantasy XV" will feature the frame-rate resolutions of the console versions, partial open-world gameplay and more DLC outside of the season pass.

It was during a live Active Time Report from Square Enix that the game resolution and frame-rates for "Final Fantasy XV" for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.

According to Hajime Tabata, the PS4 version of "Final Fantasy XV" will run between 900p and 1080p, while being close to holding the 30 FPS. while the Xbox One version will run at 765p and 900p and even here frame rate is close to 30 FPS.

Tabata stated that the work on optimization in "Final Fantasy XV" is not yet finish, and the team will continue to work on it until its intended launch on November, especially on stabilizing the frame rate. On top of that, improvements to the graphics are also undergoing as Square Enix has been working on improving the look of the trees and shrubs at intermediate distances, which will be better in the final game.

Aside from the frame rate and resolution, Tabata revealed that "Final Fantasy XV" will have two parts as a partial open-world gameplay, while the other haft will be linear. Tabata explained that the first half keeps going as an open-world and the story in the second half will lead to a linear path just like any "Final Fantasy" game. He added that it will take atleadt 40 to 50 hours to finish the game, Gamerant reported.

Tabata assured gaming fans that it is being done for the sake of versatility and to give players the chance to enjoy a more traditional sense of linear gameplay.

In other news, Tabata announced that there will likely be more DLC for "Final Fantasy XV" outside of the season pass, if Square Enix will allow them to do so in the future.

"Final Fantasy XV" will feature six DLC in the game's season pass as Tabata stated more will come to the sequel soon such as new downloadable costumes and there plans to increase the "cooking repertoire”, VG 24/7 reported.

For now, Square Enix's priority at the moment is polishing "Final Fantasy XV" and once they have finished that they will work on the new DLC as well as the VR gameplay featuring Prompto.

"Final Fantasy XV" will launch on Nov. 29 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
