South Korean actor Lee Jong Suk covers High Cut magazine's September issue. Inside, the 26-year-old Hallyu star opened up to the magazine about the challenges that come with taking on the role of Kang Chul on MBC's "W - Two Worlds."'

"Usually, I change literary style scripts to words that are more comfortable for my mouth and acting, but for 'W' I just kept it the same," Lee told the magazine, as cited by Soompi. "Amongst all of the projects I've done so far, this one has the most lines."

The "Pinocchio" actor revealed he always carry the script with him and read it before he sleeps. He added that the way Kang Chul talked, faster than normal, was as per scriptwriter Song Jae-Jung's request.

Lee explained that the scriptwriter wanted him to talk as fast as possible and at the same time to have the lines clearly delivered. He added that the "Queen In-Hyeon's Man" scriptwriter cited tvN's "Nine: 9 Times Time Travel" and the British drama "Sherlock" as examples.

In the drama, Lee portrays a 30-year-old man, Kang Chul, who is JN Global's co-president and owner of broadcasting channel W in a comic series world. He is a fictional character and the lead character of the popular comic series, "W."

Opposite Lee is actress Han Hyo-Joo. She took on the role of Dr. Oh Yeon-Joon, the daughter of a famous cartoonist, Oh Sung-Moo (Kim Eui-Sung), who made the comic series "W." The two of them fall in love.

The "Doctor Stranger" actor also spilled some beans on behind-the-scenes stories about his much-talked handcuff kiss scene with Han. In the seventh episode of "W - Two Worlds," which aired on Aug. 10, saw Kang Chul and Oh Yeon-Joo confronted their feelings for each other with a passionate kiss, Drama Beans reported.

"I researched a lot about what to do with the hands since the female lead's hands are in handcuffs as well as what angle to place my head," Lee revealed. "It came out just as pretty as I had expected."
