Park Bo Gum has recently joined the cast of the South Korean variety show "2 Days 1 Night" for a special summer trip that featured a point earning mission. However, the "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" actor's popularity may have worked against him during his guest appearance, when fan pictures of the Korean star revealed his team's progress.

The South Korean actor has recently joined the "2 Days 1 Night" cast members in a special summer trip. Park has been grouped with Cha Tae Hyun, Kim Jong Min and Defcon while the rest of the cast members, along with guest star Kim Jun Hyun, formed another team. Each of the two groups was tasked to go on a trip and earn points depending on the activities and special games.

In the variety show's episode that aired on Sunday, Sept. 4, Park has been assigned to safe-keep the large button-like pins with the points printed on them. However, the actor pinned the point buttons that his group collected on the front of his bag. The other team accidentally discovered Park's group's point status when fans uploaded photos of the "Reply 1988" star with his bag on social media, Soompi reported.

The opposing team has been curious to discover whether Park's team has racked up many points. Cast member Jung Joon Young decided to check Instagram and search for any news about the actor. Jung's social media search turned out successful. It appears that Park has been very accommodating of fans who requested photos with him during the show's filming.

When the other team told Park's group's about it, the young actor looked surprised. He also became frustrated and berated himself for having pinned the point buttons on his bag, as indicated in the same report. "I should have swung the bag around so it was on my back," he stated.

Meanwhile, Go Kyung Pyo has recently sent a snack cart to the filming location of Park's KBS drama "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds," also known as "Love in the Moonlight," allkpop reported. The two Korean stars were former cast members in the hit drama "Reply 1988." Park has even uploaded a photo of himself with Go's food cart treat behind him on social media to thank Go for his support.

"Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" airs every Monday and Tuesday on KBS.
