At the fan meeting, Kim plans to show off his talent in both acting and singing. Tickets for Kim's upcoming fan meeting in Seoul, South Korea, will go on sale on Sept. 8, Thursday, through the official ticketing website of Yes24. More details about the event will be revealed soon.

Currently, Kim stars in KBS 2TV's "Uncontrollably Fond" along with miss A's Bae Suzy. The two portrayed Shin Joon-Young and No Eul, respectively.

"Uncontrollably Fond," which premiered on July 6, follows a couple, Shin Joon-Young and No Eul, who got separated during their adolescent years in view of a disastrous relationship. Taking after a significant drawn-out period of time, the two reunite when No Eul, who is now a documentary producer, was asked to film Shin Joon Young's, a top Hallyu star, documentary.

As they start working on a documentary together, the latter then plans to win No Eul heart back. In China, "Uncontrollably Fond" pulled in more than 40 million viewers in one of the biggest online video platforms in the country, Youku Tudou.

"On the first day of broadcast, there was an overflow of traffic and the server of Youku Tudou crashed," an official from the drama's PR company, 3HW, told Yonhap News Agency. "Also, real-time replies from viewers flooded the site to the point that they even interfered with the screen."

Meanwhile, Kim is confirmed to star next in an upcoming crime thriller film, "Master," along with Lee Byung-Hun and Kang Dong-Won. With director Cho Ui-Seok at the helm, "Master" is set to premiere in early 2017.
