"Black spots" is the term used for both skin blemishes and areas that have no wireless signal. In almost two minutes, Williams promotes Three's new 4G Super-Voice technology by talking about how she deals with black spots.

Parodying a typical skincare ad, Williams mentions how she used to think of leaving her room to check how many Hollywood job offers she has. While staring deeply into the eyes of a turtle, she says, "There are times when I felt like the loneliest person alive."

The voice-over narrates Williams had no friends, stylist and no job at age 11. Her tragic story changed as Three mobile is apparently black-spot-free, with an awesome coverage. The youngest Stark daughter is able to get her social life back and is pleasantly surprised by her self-confidence.

Meanwhile, the 19-year-old actress had been spotted in Northern Island together with her onscreen elder sister, Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark. The two were seen several times in Belfast this week, shopping and posing for photos with fans. Fans saw the pair at Belfast's Victoria Square Shopping Centre and Harlem Café, Watchers on the Wall reported.

The real-life best friends reportedly visited Belfast's tattoo artist Kat Paine to get inked. It appears that Williams opted to get a tattoo below her elbow, which a a specific date "07.08.09."

The tattoo was similar to what Turner has. Williams took Instagram to share a photo of herself with her "Game of Thrones" co-star.

It is believed that Williams and Turner met on Aug. 7, 2009. The date was about two weeks before the official announcement of the casting of the two ladies as the Stark sisters, which happened on Aug. 20, 2009, according to Mashable.
