The latest details for "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" will feature a new game trailer, character and several post-launch DLC.
Bandai Namco showcased a new game trailer for "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" during the Tokyo Game Show 2016 event as the video showcased more details on the mysterious female NPC Premiere and her purpose that led to her meeting Kirito in the virtual world.
Several text and fragmented sentences revealed Premiere's possible desires, dreams and purpose of her existence as she bonds with the human players, to be more specific Kirito, Asuna and there friends through their journey in Sword Art Online.
Premiere in "SAO: Hollow Realization" will be roaming around the Town of Beginning trying to convince someone in town to take her quest, but no one bother to notice it. The game's main hero Kirito sees Premiere and accepts Premiere's quest out of curiosity.
The trailer also featured the character Kizmel in the "Sword Art Online: Progressive" light novels and it will be getting its first major update sometime within 2016, and it’ll add a new scenario featuring Seven and Rain from "Sword Art Online: Lost Song", Siliconera reported.
Meanwhile, Bandai Namco also announced several new game details for "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" as new features are introduced in the Town of Beginning.
First of these are Blacksmith, which will craft several the player's character equipment like weapons and armor. Each Blacksmith has different forge skills and will help players to strengthen all their kind of equipment. To do so, players will have to provide materials and fees to the Blacksmith. Also, different levels of improvement are available: the higher is the level, the harder will be the improvement.
Second is that new places can be visited in the Town of Beginning such as the Shopping Arcade, where players can buy loads of items, the Observation Platform, where a wonderful view of the town is available, the Park by the Lake, full of cafés and stores, and Kirito's room, where players can customize their avatar.
Lastly, "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" will have season pass with three DLC packs in its post-launch. These packs will include new stages, maps, quests, scenario events, bosses and new characters.
The European Season Pass will include different costumes as bonuses: the Navy Blue Swimwear, the White Swimwear and the Wedding Dress. Furthermore, for VIP members, an exclusive Maid Costume will be available for free on Nov. 8 on the VIP Corner, while stocks last.
The North American Season Pass will have a premium theme, Nightwear costume, "God Eater Livie" costume and Maid costume for female characters, while the "God Eater Soma" costume are for the male characters.
In addition, A Digital Deluxe Edition of "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization", which include the main game, Season Pass content, and all the pre-order bonuses, will be available for $84.99, Gematsu reported.
"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" will launch on Oct. 27 in Japan and on Nov. 8 in North America for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.
