"The Flash" Season 3 premiering is nearing. Episode 1 is titled "Flashpoint" and it sees Barry create an alternate timeline where he is living the life he always dreamt of. "The Flash" Season 2 finale ended with a major cliffhanger wherein Barry Allen changes the past. He goes back in time and stops Eobard/ Reverse Flash from killing his mother, Nora. Barry was still struggling with the pain of his father's death when he decided to travel back in time. This is going to lead to serious consequences that he must deal with in the future. Barry's act changes the timeline, the future events and the relationships he formed after.
"The Flash" Season 3 episode 1 depicts the events of DC Comic series "Flashpoint"-the timeline where Reverse Flash did not kill Earth-1 Harrison Wells and his wife. The network has released detailed synopsis for the premiere segment teasing life of a normal guy for Barry Allen.
According to the description of "The Flash" Season 3 episode 1 on Spoiler TV, Barry Allen will be living a life of a normal guy in Central City when the show returns. In the alternate timeline, his parents are alive and he has just asked Iris West on a date. Meanwhile, Kid Flash is roaming about in the city and tries to assuring people's safety.
In the present world, Barry Allen starts to lose memory of his past life. Reverse Flash reappears and informs Barry about severe consequences for Barry and those he loves. He tells Barry that he must return to the present life in order to avoid the impending doom.
