While there had been many side stories at the duration of Luffy and Cracker's fight, chapter 842 of "One Piece" will be featuring who emerges victorious from the battle of the two pirates. Several reports suggest Luffy will defeat Cracker due to the latter's inability to withstand pain and do long-range attacks.

It can be recalled last chapter that the Straw Hat pirate tried to cover Nami up from Cracker's attacks. Currently, his defense against Cracker's shots already withstands for 11 hours and this may warrant the turn of events to a conclusion for the two's battle.

In a blog post by Mangayork, the author justifies that although Cracker has nothing to do with Nami, the former will eagerly destroy Luffy's defense in order to kill Pound, who is apparently with the female Straw Hat Pirate. In terms of abilities, Cracker may just lose the battle since his biscuit soldiers can only do so much while on ground while Luffy's G4 can fly, has soru speed and long-range guided arms which can target Cracker while in mid-air.

Based on the current condition of both pirates, Luffy can easily defeat Cracker unless the latter has some other unknown technique he may use that could surprise Luffy.

Meanwhile, it seems like fans predictions are on the side of Luffy since majority of participants at an Oro Jackson forum are guessing the same. According to Celestial Dragon, Luffy would be able to devour the biscuit soldiers because Nami made them soft using rain. The Straw Hat pirate will continue eating these soldiers.

With his stomach full, Luffy uses his Gear 4 in Tankman while Cracker attacks him. Unfortunately, the latter is unable to harm Luffy with his sword since it was absorbed by the Tankman's soft stomach.

Cracker is then half-swallowed by Luffy's stomach and blown up afterwards. He crashes onto his biscuit soldiers far enough that he is unable to come back at the Seducing Woods. This end the fight between Luffy and Cracker.

After the release of chapter 842, "One Piece" will be on a week break and will resume publications after wards. For more details about the upcoming chapter, watch the video below.
