Were the tech and entertainment websites that are insisting on a secret romantic relationship between “Descendants of the Sun” actors Song Joong-ki and Song Hye Kyo right after all?

The two has consistently and recently denied again being romantically involved and squashed rumors of a forthcoming wedding and a baby. Fans and media could only speculate because aside from rumors, there is no proof of the two having a relationship other than reported sightings, reported Newseveryday.

Going through Song Hye Kyo’s recent Instagram posts, Yibada discovered a possible evidence of a “deep relationship” which could be either friendship or romantic love. After the actress, who uses kyo1122 name for her Instagram, posted on Tuesday a photo showing a floor with nice mosaic pattern with the blue sky as background, someone posted a “Miss you :-)” message to her.

The post came from big_boss_ki which likely is the 31-year-old actor. The image on the photo of that account is a collage of the two “Descendants of the Sun” stars. The account is also private, which is an indicator that it possibly belongs to a celebrity. Moreover, Big Boss was Song Joong-ki’s codename in the 16-episode blockbuster drama that forged a deep friendship between the two Hallyu stars.

Big_boss_ki then followed it with another message which reads: “Good night and sweet dreams zzzzzz.” At the very least, those two messages are “sweet nothings” often exchanged between two lovers.

While both actors find the rumors about them ridiculous and funny, the clamor among fans for them to continue their roles in season 2 despite the lack of confirmation from NEW if they are included in the second season of the military-medical drama series scheduled to air in 2017.

He said besides having a good laugh over the speculations which they discuss during company dinners, Song Joong-ki explained the continuous rumors to viewers believing they are romantically involved “because of the overwhelming response that the drama has gotten.”

After big_boss_ki’s messages, dettes.18, a fan of the two wrote: “Miss u song hye kyo … hope to see u again with song joong ki.” In an earlier post where Song Hye Kyo shared the video of the new album of Hyun Jyu Ni, who played Dr. Pyo Ji-soo, the female doctor in wheelchair who was a pathology specialist in the series, another fan, ilovenemiea, wrote, “We miss you @kyo1122! Hoping for DOTS2,” indicating the strong clamor for their inclusion in season 2.
