Rumors about "Descendants of the Sun" couple Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki dating in real life have been doing the rounds for quite sometime. The pair denies being in a relationship, but reports about their vacation in Norway surfaced, adding fuel to the dating rumors.
The speculation that the two vacationing together was sparked by Hye-Kyo post on her Instagram account, which she deleted immediately. The picture looked like a ship mast. Her discreetness about her holiday destination led fans to believe that the actress does not want people to join the dots and trigger further speculation that she is holidaying on the sets of "Battleship Island," Joong Ki's upcoming film.
All the pictures posted by Hye Kyo did not have location tags or captions, but showed stunning mountain scenery, bearing an uncanny resemblance to the locales of Norway.
According to an interview with SCMP, Hye Kyo admitted that she enjoys traveling with friends when she is not working and also discussed her recent visit to a Korean island, Jeju-do, with her colleagues. However, the actress is reportedly spending more time in the West to bag projects in Hollywood and Europe.
Hye Kyo and Joong Ki shared an amazing on-screen chemistry in the popular Korean drama, "Descendants of the Sun." Since then, it is hard for the fans to believe that their passionate attraction is only for the show and not in real life.
After "Descendants of the Sun" concluded, it has not been confirmed if the actress will reprise her role as doctor Kang Mo-Yeon. However, rumor has it that the former lead pair will return to the show's season 2 and this time as parents. For now, this is just a rumor and must be taken with a grain of salt.
