The beloved Rosewood ladies may have to deal with another villain in the upcoming final 10 episodes of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7. Ray previously portrayed Charlotte, who was dubbed as the show's "A" villain in earlier seasons. In an interview with Us Weekly, the actress teased of the said deceased character's potential re-appearance in the series finale.

Charlotte will soon haunt beloved characters in the Freeform series, however, Ray did not disclose other details of the deceased DiLaurentis' special role. At this time, it is also unclear if Charlotte will re-appear in flashback scenes or if the character somehow survived her alleged suicidal leap in "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6.

Apart from Charlotte's impending appearance, Ray also shared her thoughts on the identity of the mysterious villain "A.D." In the same interview, the actress commented that Aria may be the person who took over Charlotte's "A" role in the series.

The said character may be on a revenge mission to ensure that other Rosewood ladies get to experience what she felt during Charlotte's villainous days, according to Ray. Aria suffered the most when the deceased A traumatized her and her friends in earlier seasons.

Meanwhile, showrunner Marlene King shared in an earlier press event that the identity of the show's new villain has been kept a secret from most of the cast members. Similar to how the villain's henchwoman Jenna (Tammin Sursok) had no idea of "A.D.'s" true identity, the same level of secrecy was put in place for many of the show's cast and crew members, TV Line quoted King as saying.

The back half of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 is expected to return to the small screens in April 2017 on Freeform. Watch the final scenes from the season's episode 10 below:
