"Grey's Anatomy" has added Brothers & Sisters alum Marika Dominczyk to its Season 13 list of guest stars who may add excitement to the show.

Dominczyk, who happens to be "Scandal" actor Scott Foley's wife in real life, has boarded the medical drama in a secret role. According to TV Line, ABC has confirmed the actress' participation in an upcoming storyline, but declined to give additional information. They did spill however, her character's name: Eliza Minnick.

No word yet if Dominczyk will be linked to Jessica Capshaw's character, Arizona, who has been reported to get a new love interest in Season 13.

Speaking with TV Guide, Capshaw recently previewed what to expect when Leah Murphy resurfaces on Arizona's orbit on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. While the producers have not yet confirmed whether or not the two will rekindle their romance, Capshaw promises that the way the two meet again is a bit emotional.

"Tessa's awesome. She's such a fun, neat, kind, talented, awesome person, Capshaw told the publication.

"So we were all just super psyched to have her back and telling more stories. And the way she comes back is very cool and sort of dramatic, so that was great too. It was super exciting for all of us."

"Grey's Anatomy" also stars Ellen Pompeo, Justin Chambers, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd, Jesse Williams, Sarah Drew, Caterina Scorsone, Camilla Luddington and Jerrika Hinton.

An all new episode titled "Both Sides Now," is slated to air on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 8PM on ABC.
