The latest details for "Red Dead Redemption 2" will feature a possible PC version, 2017 released date and the first trailer coming this week.
Rockstar Games officially announced that "Red Dead Redemption 2" is in the works for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, when the official Facebook page of the developers posted several photos relating to the game.
In addition, Rockstar announced that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will launch on the fall of 2017 for the console and they will begin streaming its first official game trailer this week, Thursday at 11am EST, which translates to 8am PT, 11am ET, 4pm BST, 5pm CEST, VG 24/7 reported.
The posters on "Red Dead Redemption 2" will likely indicate the possible playable main characters in the sequel with six cowboys and one Native American male joining them. The sequel is also hinted to have an online multiplayer gameplay feature similar to "GTA Online" in "Grand Theft Auto 5".
Rockstar Games previously tweeted something about hiring new candidates for an Operations Manager, which according to the job description, the chosen applicant will be handling an entire project life cycle and that would also include the quality testing of for Rockstars' upcoming video games.
The are also looking for video game testers, which have experience using Xbox Live, PSN, Steam and Rockstar Social Club. Another job post revealed that Rockstar is also looking for a .Net Engineer and is stated to placed on a team that will focus in improving online gaming performance.
In other news, several PC gamers made a petition to include "Red Dead Redemption 2" for the PC platform via change.org.
The reason behind the petition is that PC gamers believed that "Red Dead Redemption" is an amazing game to be played, but PC users were denied of that chance and they will not be denied yet again when the sequel is launced only for the consoles, Gamerant reported.
The first "Red Dead Redemtion" game did not came out of the PC platform as various rumors hinted that Rockstar and Take-Two Interactive will likely have a PC version of the game, but sadly it did not happen.
So far, over two thousand people have signed the petition for a "Red Dead Redemption 2" PC version and it will not be long for Rockstar to notice what the PC users want.
For now gaming fans will have to wait for more details from Rockstar Games regarding the status of "Red Dead Redemption 2's" development.
"Red Dead Redemption 2" will be release on the Fall 2017 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
