Bayern Munich, who are gunning for a fifth consecutive German top flight title, is still undefeated after seven rounds of competitions this season. They will look to prolong their unbeaten streak in this match against Borussia Monchengladbach, who are reeling with two straight winless games.

Bayern has drawn their last two matches, with the latest one ending in a 2-2 tie with Eintracht Frankfurt on the road at the Commerzbank Arena last Saturday, as per BBC Sport.

Bayern defender Joshua Kimmich then grabbed back the lead for the Bavarians with a goal in the 62nd minute before Huszti was sent off three minutes later after getting booked with a second yellow card.

Head coach Carlo Ancelotti's side failed to take advantage over the 10-man Frankfurt squad as they conceded the equalizer in the 78th minute, courtesy of a goal from Mexican midfielder Marco Fabian.

Meanwhile, Borussia Monchengladbach is coming off a 0-0 draw with bottom three club Hamburger SV at their home ground of Stadion im Borussia-Park also last Saturday, via Sporting Life.

It was the second straight winless performance of head coach André Schubert's squad after getting crushed by another bottom three team FC Schalke, 0-4, during the previous round.
