Since April, everyone had waited on who is going to be Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his wire-wrapped bat Lucille's next victim. Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz,) and Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) ended up sacrificing their lives in "The Waking Dead" Season 7 premiere, and viewers just could not take it.

Fans had mixed reactions, with most of them expressing their anger at the deaths of Abraham and Glenn. "The Waking Dead" Season 7 premiere was, no doubt one of the most-awaited seasons of the show.

"Look at that, taking it like a champ," Negan said after he hit Abraham with Lucille in between his eyes. "Suck my nuts," the former soldier replied to Negan with defiance.

Negan then turned to his next victim Glenn. "I popped your eye out," Negan said. "Are you still there? Lucille is thirsty. She is a vampire bat."

Just after the "The Waking Dead" Season 7 premiere, Yeun appeared at the "The Talking Dead" aftershow and explained the reasons why he was satisfied about his character's demise in the zombie drama.

"Glenn died in a very Glenn way," Pop Sugar quoted Yeun as saying. "That's what my wife, Jo, said. He died in such a Glenn way, which is perfect - still not thinking about himself. I think it's appropriate that he ends there, and it's also appropriate that he put those last words out as a final 'look out for each other.'"

The final moment of Glenn was too emotional for the viewers to witness in "The Waking Dead" Season 7 premiere. Glenn promised Maggie that he will find her, just before Negan finally finished him with Lucille. One of his eyes already protruded out of his face, while his brain had been damaged severely.

The initial episode was non-stop traumatization, non-stop sadism and non-stop torture for 50 minutes, according to The Hollywood Reporter. So after AMC showed one of the highly-anticipated seasons in its entire history, everyone is asking what is next for the show?

Negan really did not stop terrorizing the Rick Grime's (Andrew Lincoln) group. At one point in the "grand prize game," that Negan called, he challenged Rick to cut his son Carl's (Chandler Riggs) arm, otherwise, everyone will die. Carl almost lost his arm.

"The Waking Dead" Season 7 has just started, but it looks like it is already on its concluding. Everyone is glued on it. However, after offering a much-awaited season premiere, viewers are definitely expecting more.
