Fans of "Scarlet Heart: Ryeo" are in for some treat. With only two episodes left, actor Lee Joon-Gi will have a fan-meeting event for the SBS drama in November.
On Oct. 24, Monday, Lee's agency Namoo Actors announced on its official homepage that they will host a meet-and-greet event for "Scarlet Heart: Ryeo" on Nov. 1, according to local newsoutlet OSEN, as cited by The Kpop Herald. Dubbed "My Love Lee Joon-Gi," the upcoming event will give fans a chance to watch the show's final episode with Lee.
"We hope it will be a meaningful and enjoyable experience for fans of 'Scarlet Heart: Ryeo' and Lee Joon-gi," a representative from Namoo Actors said. "We also encourage fans to take lots of photos and videos."
The entertainment label also urges fans to take an interest in the mini-events and segments prepared by Lee himself. The good news came after the Hallyu star posted a photo on Instagram, revealing that the free event will take place on Nov. 1 at the Lotte World Tower Mall's Superplex G theater.
Directed by Kim Kyu-Tae, "Scarlet Heart: Ryeo" follows a 21st-century woman, Ko Ha-Jin (IU), who traveled back in time to the Goryeo Dynasty after a total eclipse of the sun took place. There, she awakened in the body of a noble lady, Hae-Soo, and fell in love with the fearsome 4th prince, Wang Soo (Lee).
"Through Hae Soo, viewers will be able to experience what it is like for a 21st-century person to enter the Goryeo period," a representative from the drama said in a statement obtained by Soompi. "They can enjoy watching her learn to adapt and grow."
"Scarlet Heart: Ryeo" also stars Kang Ha-Neul as 8th Prince Wang Wook, Hong Jong-Hyun as 3rd Prince Wang Yo, Nam Joo-Hyuk as 13th Prince Wang Wook/Baek-Ah, Ji Soo as 14th Prince Wang Jung, Yoon Sun-Woo as 9th Prince Wang Won and EXO's Baekhyun as 10th Prince Wang Eun.
