France is on a two-game winning run after opening the tournament with a goalless draw against lowly team Belarus.

In their last match on Oct. 10, France was able to nip the Netherlands, 1-0, on the road at the Amsterdam Arena in Amsterdam for their second straight win, as per The Guardian.

Manchester United star Paul Pogba scored the winning goal for head coach Didier Deschamps' side with a long-range strike in the 30th minutes off an assist from West Ham midfielder Dimitri Payet. Team captain and Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris provided a late save to secure the three points for Les Bleus.

Aside from Pogba, Payet, and Lloris, other big-name club stars for the French team available against Sweden are Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann and Kevin Gameiro, Arsenal's Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny, Chelsea's N'Golo Kanté, and Real Madrid's Raphael Varane.

Meanwhile, Sweden is performing well in the tournament despite missing former team skipper Zlatan Ibrahimović, who has retired from the international scene and is now a teammate of Pogba at Manchester United.

The Swedes are also unbeaten and they are tied with the Frenchmen at the top spot of the Group A table.

Blågult is coming off a 3-0 rout of Bulgaria at the Friends Arena in Solna also on Oct. 10 for their second straight win as well, via Sporting Life.

Club stars Ola Toivonen, Oscar Hiljemark, and Victor Lindelof all scored a goal each for manager Janne Andersson's squad to complete their three-goal masterpiece.

France vs Sweden would be a close game from the kickoff, but the Frenchmen will eventually assert their roster depth to win by two goals.
