BLACKPINK member Rose or Park Chaeyoung stuns netizens with her very thin waistline. Reports claimed that her waist is only 19 inches!
The Kpop industry hailed another "ant waist" idol or those with very thin waistline. Park Chaeyoung of BLACKPINK has been slaying her performances despite her thin and frail physique. It was revealed by some reports that the YG girl group member's waist measures 19 inches. Moreover, she only weighs 40 kilograms.
Park Chaeyoung or Roseanne Park was born on February 11, 1997 and has powerful vocals. She placed first in YG Audition in Australia. Park Chaeyoung was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia making her fluent in English. Moreover, she attended Canterbury Girls Secondary College. She is also an active Christian and do church activities with friends on Sundays. She was featured in G-Dragon's track "Without You" where she belted high notes.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is YG Entertainment's second generation female group seven years after 2NE1 debuted. For quite a long time, YG held back in debuting another girl group building the anticipation on possible members. Members are Jennie Kim, Lalisa Manoban, Kim Jisoo, and Park Chaeyoung. The new girl group is reminiscent of YG's quintessential female idol group 2NE1.
BLACKPINK debuted on August 8 with two title track "BOOMBAYAH" and "Whistle" - tunes that are reminiscent of 2NE1 songs. They recently held a comeback on Nov. 1 with more mellow tracks "Playing With Fire" and "Stay" that shows off the versatility of the members.
The girls also responded to accusations that they were just a copycat of their sunbae group from the same agency 2NE1. Instead of being disappointed from the comparisons between them and 2NE1, BLACKPINK members felt flattered and said that they look up to 2NE1 as they were a huge influence to them.
