Though it is the first time they performed the song live, Spears and Tinashe were still able to put the music video's amazing choreography on stage. They even wowed their audience with fireworks at the end of their performance.

After giving her fans an amazing treat for her birthday, Ryan Seacrest, the Jingle Ball host, surprised the Pop Icon with a three-layered black fondant cake, adorned with crystals and flowers and a large silver "B" on top. With the help of Tinashe, the crowd joined as they sing a "Happy Birthday" song to the celebrant, as posted by People.
