Michael Schumacher health updates continue to be constrained to minor progress with his real state still kept under wraps. With family and select friends the only ones able to actually check in on Schumi, any hope of credible updates may eventually come from the racer’s active social media accounts.

Those are hardly updates that would give Michael Schumacher fans a sigh of relief, most of whom believe that the F1 legend continues to fight off his condition. The past months have seen good and bad updates on Schumacher since suffering from that fatal skiing accident back in December 2013.

Ross Brawn, former Mercedes chief executive, was the last one to give an update on Michael Schumacher’s condition. He is aware of the news bits coming out tied up to his fallen comrade and termed them all as ‘wrong’.

Just like most, Brawn echoes the call to respect the privacy of the Schumachers during these tough times, the Telegraph reported. Any update tied up to Schumi will only be coursed through spokesperson Sabine Kehm though some mediums have tried to use speculations on the real score for Michael Schumacher.

In what seems to be an effort to woo away the attention from the Schumachers, the fallen racing legend’s Facebook and Instagram accounts have been active. The intent of the social media accounts is to wish for Schumi’s good health and provide highlights of his colorful racing career, The Gamer’s Drop reported.

About 1.5 million people have already liked and supported the Facebook page of Michael Schumacher. Among the highlights include moments such as the time when Schumi won his first F1 title in 1994. The page is expected to draw in other special memories and moments of Michael Schumacher’s accomplishments.

As for Michael Schumacher’s condition, lawyer Felix Damm’s small update is that the 47-year-old racing legend is unable to walk on his own. Other than that, Schumacher fans may have no other recourse but to follow his social media accounts and hope for some breakthrough moving forward.

For now, check out some of the memorable highlights of Michael Schumacher’s greatest moments on the race track.
