After eight episodes of the hit Netflix series "Stranger Things," Natalia Dyer who plays Nancy in the show said she is delighted with how her character's identity turned out at the end of the season and looks to "more badass moments" in the much-awaited second season.

Dyer told Dazed Magazine that seeing her character change from a preppy teenager who had been busy flirting with her love interest, Steve or Joe Keery in real life, to a tough revolver-yielding badass who shot monsters pleased her.

The 19-year-old actress hinted on some of the things fans of "Stranger Things" would have to see in the second season after mentioning how her character would deal with the loss of Nancy's bestfriend, Barb, who was taken by the monster and was stuck in the alternate dimension.

Also, one of the things fans expect is the story between Nancy and her boyfriend Steve, who were depicted in the season ender to have reconciled and continued their romance. Dyer also bared that she wanted to see more brother and sister moments in the much-awaited Season 2 as Nancy and her brother, Mike, did not quite get along in the first season. Another key relationship in the story that would get fans interested is Nancy's partnership with Jonathan Byers, portrayed by Charlie Heaton, who helped her escape the alternate dimension and survive the monster.

In a report by Vanity Fair, Dyer landed on IMDb's list of most-viewed celebrity pages of 2016 after drawing interest from fans of the show. Her fellow co-star, Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven in the show, was ranked first in the list.

The second season of "Stranger Things" is slated to be released July next year and will have nine episodes instead of the eight episodes it had during its first season. Season 2 will still be directed by the Matt and Ross Duffer.
