Baywatch's Priyanka Chopra, who is now living a very busy life and dealing with a hectic schedule, makes sure she stays in shape by simply following her customized exercise regime, "PC's on the job workout".

Her fitness secrets, as well as her diet, are shared in her book "Gorgeous: Eat Well, Look Great" which is compiled by former model and Miss India International Shvetha Jaishankar. India's top models like Chopra, Malaika Arora Khan, Milind Soman, Gul Panag and Madhu Sapre are just some of those who contributed kitchen ideas and recipes in this book.

In the book, Chopra shared that her daily life itself is her own personal workout as she barely has time for a separate exercise. "I work eighteen-hour days with little or no time off. I'm never sedentary in those hours - running between set and my make-up trailer, going from one event to the next...it kind of makes up for the lack of exercising that I do! My life is my gym and my playground," she told News18.

Chopra feels thankful because she thinks that she is blessed with a metabolism that allows her to still eat what she wants with very little time for workout. She said that because she has a very hectic schedule, she still burns calories and will not even have to worry how much and what she is eating.

"I don't ever have to think about what I'm eating or count the calories, (except when I am training for a specific look), so I eat what makes me happy," she says.

Chopra also shared with Elle that since she does not like working out a lot, she would rather do Bollywood dancing, particularly the Doonya workout.

Doonya company is the most popular one when it comes to offering Bollywood fitness classes and Chopra pretty much enjoys their routine. She said that she learned to love Doonya because it offers all elements of Bollywood music including dancing, music and acting while building strength and serving as a cardio exercise. "It's an exercise regime that keeps me smiling as I work out" she added.
