With the release of "Street Fighter 5" Season 2, Capcom has taken greater strides in combating poor online conduct. New rules have now been established in order to dissuade players from rage quitting when they are playing online.

In "Street Fighter 5" Season 2, Capcom has decided to add a special badge in their game for the people who rage quit on a consistent basis to avoid having a loss on their precious online record. Capcom had already taken other steps in order to dissuade players from rage quitting during online sessions of their games. For example, a player who disconnects thrice in the span of a mere two hours will be locked out of their account for 24 hours, MNR Daily reported.

Other penalties have also been placed to combat this type of online behavior. Another move Capcom is making to the delight of "Street Fighter" fans everywhere is how they would reportedly pit rage quitters against each other at a higher rate. This means that if a known rage quitter is winning it is likely that it will not count towards their record if their opponent rage quits as well.

Capcom released a PDF file regarding the full list of changes that come with the release of "Street Fighter 5" Season 2. It is over 100 pages long and goes into very great detail about not only the changes made in regard to rage quitting, but about all the other changes made as well to character models and gameplay, among other things.

There are many great moves Capcom made with the Season 2 update, according to What Culture. Aside from the new matchmaking system that was previously mentioned, Akuma will also be making his much awaited return to the series. There will also be new stages released alongside the retooling of every single character that is featured in the game.

However, some characters did not get the love that they thoroughly deserve. Costume changes were deemed not so special either. Fans may also feel down once they learn that the Shoryuken and other similar "special" moves are no longer invulnerable.
