Kaling's Twitter account was recently providing commentary regarding the hit TV series "Game of Thrones." The comedian had finally found the time to catch up to the show and was rather surprised about the twists and turns that occurred along the way in her viewing experience.

Now, that show can be confusing at times, so viewers mostly take what the show runners put out and try to analyze it with a grain of salt. However, what Kaling did was to share what was on everyone's minds, as "Game of Thrones" has become increasingly confusing as of late, with more intertwining storylines than ever.

Recently, Kaling caught up to watching "Game of Thrones" in one of her tweets and asked her fans to discuss it with her on the microblogging platform. It may not be wise for "Game of Thrones" fans to read Kaling's tweets if they are not caught up to the show, as her tweets may contain a number of spoilers about the show.

For starters, the "Mindy Project" star shared her qualms about there seemingly being far too many characters on the show, which includes UFC star Conor McGregor who is set to appear in "Game of Thrones" Season 7, according to Belfast LiveAs a testament to this, she tweeted that when Rickon died, she had no idea who that character was.

Kaling does not only share her thoughts about minor characters on "Game of Thrones." She also took to social media to talk about the show's more pivotal figures.

Apparently, Kaling's two favorite characters on the show are Daenerys Targaryen as well as Cersei Lannister. While those two top her list, she had also revealed her adoration for Davos, Lyanna, Oberyn, or "anyone with greyscale."

In addition, Kaling revealed her excitement about what is to come on the show, revealing she went to the same college as David Benioff. She said she pretends they have a secret email thread where he sends her "Game of Thrones" spoilers.

"The Mindy Project" Season 5 has been reduced to 14 episodes from the originally planned 16 but apparently, her fans need not worry as her social media accounts still offer a treasure trove of comedy gold. Also, Hulu has agreed a syndication pact with VH1 and Freeform so those who avail of those services will now be able to watch episodes from the first 4 seasons of the show, according to Variety.
