Kim Kardashian and her family have had their lives documented by the media for a number of years now. This means that next to every moment, both good and bad, in their lives have been made available to the general public. However, following some turmoil in her life, Kardashian had decided to take a hiatus from social media to keep a bit of privacy in her life.
Kardashian stopped posting on her highly followed Twitter account after she was robbed at gunpoint at a hotel in Paris last October. Her husband, rapper Kanye West, was also hospitalized and November and this event added further turbulence in her life. There were even rumors circulating that West and Kardashian were nearing a divorce following the rapper's hospitalization, according to Fox News.
However, after three whole months, Kardashian has finally returned to social media and broken her silence, Us Magazine reported. She has also slowly been returning to the public eye, after choosing not to appear in public as much also, attending events such as her mother Kris Jenner's annual Christmas eve party.
One of the first things the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star posted to her social media accounts following the end of her hiatus was an adorable photo of her family. She can be seen in the photo next to her children with her husband Kanye West standing nearby. She captioned the photo "family."
Following her posting of the Kardashian-West family photo, she was met with a barrage of question from fans, but Kardashian took the time out of her busy schedule to answer as much of them as she could. This amount of support shows why her show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" has thrived on for so long.
Kardashian has also made a return to her own app and website after a significant absence from there as well. This was all much to the delight of her legions of fans. Kardashian has also returned to the social media platform Snapchat where she is one of the most followed users due to her regularly posting photos and videos of the interesting things that occur in her life.
