"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 3, episode 10 is set to unveil tons of new information about Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch), Annalise Keating (Viola Davis), Laurel (Karla Souza) and more.

But one of the much-awaited storylines from "We're Bad People" has to do with the revelation of Wes' killer. In the midseason finale, Annalise's house burnt down while Wes was inside. However, it was later on revealed that Wes was already dead before his remains were brought to his professor's house to burn.

As of late, fans are already speculating on who is responsible for killing Wes. Some believe that the character committed suicide, while others think that the Mahoneys could be responsible for his demise.

However, not a lot of people are thinking about the possibility that Frank (Charlie Weber) could be the one to have killed Annalise's favorite student. Even though it seems creepy thinking that Frank could kill someone who is close to him, the character is known to not have a conscience.

Additionally, Frank also recently found out that Wes and his girlfriend Laurel have been sleeping with each other. This could be enough reason for him to get rid of Wes.

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Weber said that he doubts it was Frank who killed Wes. "I think it is an outside party. This is retribution toward Annalise for all the things that we have done, which Frank is certainly possible for, in a lot of ways," he said.

Meanwhile, it is also possible that Annalise might have something to do with Wes' death and could have faked her emotions at that time. Cast member Matt McGorry said that Annalise seems to be responsible for a lot of the bad things that have been happening on the show since Season 1. This automatically puts her in a bad light.

"I am not a big theorizer, but if I just had to go off my first initial superficial response, I would probably say Annalise. But that is just because I think that she ends up being sort of responsible for everything in some way," he said.

"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 3, episode 10 will air on ABC on Jan. 19 at 10 p.m. EST.
