"NCIS" Season 14 episode 12 is not airing this week. CBS' long-running police procedural is on a break and it will resume its run on Jan. 17 with the episode titled "Off the Grid." The show will see Leroy Jethro Gibbs go after "NCIS Most Wanted" suspect. Here are the detailed spoilers for the next chapter of the series. Read on to find out what happens next.

In the previous episode, fans saw Qasim and Bishop working together on an important case. As for the latest episode, Gibbs will be taking the forefront and Bishop will be working on an off-the-record mission.
Based on the official synopsis for "NCIS" Season 14 episode 12 fans can expect to witness an intense storyline. According to Spoiler TV's description of "Off the Grid," Gibbs goes undercover for his new case.
In the latest episode, Gibbs will bump into the brother of "NCIS Most Wanted" suspect. In an attempt to catch hold of the dangerous criminal, Gibbs assume his former alias. And he goes undercover working with their infamous anti-government militia.
Meanwhile, Bishop and Reeves join hands for an unofficial investigation. Online publication Cartermatt is speculating that there is a possibility that Reeves and Bishop are working to help Qasim whose life hangs in the balance after he was shot several times in the last episode. He is currently on life support system and fighting for his life.
The network is yet to release a promo video for "NCIS" Season 14 episode 12. It is expected to be out soon. Meanwhile, the upcoming segment is expected to reveal Qasim's fate and Bishop and Qasim's future together.
