In an interview with Cinema BlendLiefeld talked about his newly announced cinematic universe. He stated that it all began with a casual meeting with Akiva Goldsman who is tapped by Paramount Pictures to devise the blueprint for future "Transformers" film installments. The once thought to be a normal meet-up turned out to be a deal that would springboard his plethora of Extreme characters to such renown.

Before their conversation could go any further, Goldsman handed over what he described as a black leather bound tome that has a title that reads "The Transformers Bible." The decorated screenwriter went on saying to him that there were only eight of those that were ever produced and are currently in the hands of people responsible for the "Transformers" film franchise.

Goldsman further explained to him that he is now working with Hasbro in putting up the Hasbro Cinematic Universe and added that Goldsman wanted to do the same with his studio. To his surprise, Liefeld simply responded with, "Uh, Okay, Wow!"

In addition, Goldsman suggested him to meet filmmaker Graham King to discuss to discuss to him other details of the plan. By the time he met with King, the award-winning producer told him that the financial aspect of potential projects will be covered by China-based Fundamental Films not to mention that he will be working with top brass producers.

Meanwhile, a new photo from the upcoming "Transformers: The Last Knight" has been teased showing one of its protagonists, Cade Yeager, seemingly doing some sort of investigation in a cave and tt could be Cybertronian in nature, according to USA Today.
