But that is just a drop in the ocean. Microsoft Office 365 has tons of other tools designed to help one power their business on a new level. Some of the most helpful include Skype for Business Server, Microsoft Exchange Server and SharePoint Server.

1. Skype for Business Server

To start with, Skype for business allows users to communicate and work together with individuals or groups using Instant Messaging (IM), video calls, voice calls, and online meetings. Skype Meeting Broadcasts further add flexibility in one's business by letting them schedule and broadcast events or meetings with on-screen audiences.

2. Microsoft Exchange Server

Microsoft Exchange Server, on the other hand, enhances access to emails across multiple devices through Exchange ActiveSync technology. This allows simultaneous synchronization and replication of information across all devices including webmail, smartphones, and PCs, hence updating one's mailbox on a timely manner, according to Jamaica Observer.

3. SharePoint Server

With the third Office 365 tool, information management is not a concern. SharePoint lets users store vital information like contacts, discussions, calendars, calendars, surveys, and announcements. They can even collaborate with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel, and OneNote and share documents in real time.

Altogether, Microsoft Office 365 aids organizations to integrate existing on-premise infrastructure with Skype for Business, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint. This integration manages and synchronizes user accounts for all environments, ensuring that no one is left out.

Hybrid environments enable IT admins to migrate users and information to Microsoft Office 365 or carry on with on premise users and information, further minimizing capital expenditure. According to Infomartion Week, as Microsoft tries to use Office 365 as its rallying card, people are using the service to avoid hardware and software purchases.

All these benefits, when coupled with the recently-announced Data Loss Prevention experience, make Office 365 stand out in the world of powering businesses. Here is a clip of more Office 365 functionalities:
