“Descendants of the Sun” stars Song Joong-ki and Song Hye Kyo could be cryptic in their Instagram posts. The two seem to be in a mood to tease their fans these days.
A day after Song Joong-ki posted a photo of himself talking to an unidentified woman, on Thursday, it was Song Hye Kyo’s turn to post a picture of herself and a young girl. It was a big change from her last two posts when the 35-year-old actress posted photos of herself looking sad.
Big Smile
This time, she had a big smile on as well as the little girl, who like Song Joong-ki’s Wednesday post, remains unidentified. The image became viral, getting more than 400,000 likes in one day and elicited a lot of questions from her fans.
And like Song Joong-ki, despite the fans’ questions, Song Hye Kyo did not answer, leading speculations if the young girl is her daughter. Questions such as “Is that her daughter?” from christineuy28, “Who’s that little girl?” from hohobonnie and “Who’s the baby?” from kareninagurl were among the more than 3,000 comments that Song Hye Kyo got from her fans.
Her caption was “With my angel” which could be interpreted by some fans as her child. Other fans did not ask but instead commented that the young girl with the actress is so cute and beautiful.
Daughter or Niece?
However, other fans, such as sucilestarihandayani could not help but ask: “Your children with song jong ki oppa(?)” Another fan, santiasiska_0211, was more tactful and suggested, “Married With song joong ki yes, you will get a child as beautiful as she.” Similarly, tiffkk11 wrote, “Get married soon with Joongki and have a Song Song family with your own angels.”
But fastollingstone’s guess is she is Song Hye Kyo’s niece. However, she seems to have no sibling at all since her parents divorced when she was young, although the girl could be a niece from a cousin.
In her 20-year-career, Song Hye Kyo had actors such as Lee Byung-hun and Hyun Bin as boyfriends, with their love life exposed to the public, but there never was a gossip about her being pregnant except after “Descendants of the Sun,” although she and Song Joong-ki have denied any baby and relationship rumors.
Nevertheless, unless she identifies who is the angel with her, Song Hye Kyo – because she is a public figure – would be hounded by rumors about the young girl’s relationship with her.
