The extremely popular role-playing video game ''Persona 5'' was released by Atlus in Japan in September 2016, and the enthusiasts of North America are waiting with bated breath for its release this year on April 4. As per the latest updates, the makers have released more characters or confidants who will be involved in the sixth installment of this ''Persona'' series.

According to Videogames Republic, the makers Atlus is now building the hype for the North American enthusiasts. The regular players of this series are aware of the fact that the main characters of this game are the phantom thieves, who disguise as high-school students during the day and at night enter Metaverse. This world consists of the dark desires of people and the protagonists have to enter the palaces and fight off the shadows.

After defeating the shadows, they take control of the palace and free the person from all the evil desires and include the free souls in their team. The sixth installment of the game will be released for Playstation 4 and 3. The developers have been giving the news via Twitter regarding the upcoming DLC costume sets too.

Recently, the trailer of this game was revealed, iDigitalTimes reported. The maker Atlus also revealed the new gameplay which will help the gamers of rest of the world to infiltrate the palaces and negotiate with the demons.

The new DLC costumes also have become very popular and most of the forums of the fans of ''Persona'' series are talking about it. As per the new trailer, Morgana is wearing a stripey Teddie ensemble.

The original game in Japanese is entitled ''Shin Megami Tensei: Persona.'' The first game was released in 1996 in Japan and North America for the PlayStation. The game was entitled ''Revelations: Persona'' which was based on the plot of a group of high school students from St. Hermelin High in the town Mikage-cho in Japan. They were forced to confront an outbreak of demons in their hometown.

The first installment of this game was later ported to the PlayStation Portable (PSP). In 2009, the physical and digital releases were released in Japan and North America and later in 2010 in Europe this game was released as digital release only.
