"Scandal" Season 6 episode 3 will see Cyrus takes the centre stage. After Vargas' murder, he is the number one candidate to be given the job of the President of the United States. Will he become the next president? Fans can expect to find out after the broadcast of episode 2 which is expected to focus on the aftermath of Vargas' murder.

According to "Scandal" Season 6 episode 3 synopsis on the network's official website, all eyes are going to be on Cyrus. While the United States deals with a national crisis, Cyrus fate is decided.

In the meantime, Olivia, who is certain that Cyrus played everyone and he is behind Vargas' assassination, is out to find out the truth. Olivia and her team look for answers and attempt to bring out the truth to the public.
