After the festive Moogle Chocobo Carnival and the upcoming Gladiolus content that is slated to be released in March, it seems that Square Enix is not yet done with "Final Fantasy XV. Game designer Hajime Tabata has hinted that future contents of the game will let players create their very own playable character to let them add a bit of personal touch in the game.

Tabata spoke with DualSHOCKERS as the latter visited Square Enix's Tokyo headquarters. When asked about the feature's current progress including how extensive will it be when released, Tabata replied that it is now being worked on by his team at Business Division 2.

Nevertheless, the famed game director added that such content is not yet ready to be shown to the fans as its current state does not have the wow factor just yet. Tabata went on saying that the said game element is at a stage where the character's body features can be altered.

The publication managed to take a screenshot of the said feature and is making rounds online as of late. Albeit written in Japanese, three adjustment tools can be seen on the upper left corner of the avatar page that reads "height," "face size," and even "muscle definition."

"FFXV's" multiplayer feature is also in its early phase of development as BD2 is prepping up the aforementioned Gladiolus DLC. It was also highlighted that the game's 13th chapter was also put on the priority list and will be subject for some tweak. If everything is straightened out with the above-mentioned, it is believed that the game devs will then turn to "FFXV's" multiplayer gameplay, Gamerant reported.

Tabata also broke the sad news to Nintendo fans as he mentioned that "FFXV" will not be ported to the upcoming Switch. He was then asked if the game would ever run on the inbound console and responded quite positively that it might. However, he further explained that they have not yet conducted test runs if such would be viable.

Tabata also stated that his team has expressed interest in Nintendo's versatile console as he pointed out that there is quite a number of Switch fans in BD2. He even went on saying that the Switch would be cooler if it can run Android applications on its main console.
