The Swans equalized late with nine minutes left before full-time as Icelandic midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson buried a long-range shot off a pass by Luciano Narsingh.
However, Jesus saved the day for head coach Pep Guardiola's side as he scored the winner in injury to time to give City their second straight win.
