Kamuna is a formidable samurai who is in search for strength. He is usually aloof and strong in combat, and he is the best swordsman in the samurai unit who has never lost a duel. Although he is usually quiet and does not socialize with others, he trusted by everyone who knows him.

Tsubaki is a young Slayer who wants to be the best one in the group. She is earnest and very hard-working, and she has a lot of talent for a young Slayer. She is trying hard to work her way up the ladder of the Slayer army and trains all the time to become the greatest Slayer that has ever lived.

Koei Tecmo introduced two new weapons for players to use in "Toukiden 2," which are the Sword and Shield, and the Chain Whip, according to another post on its official website. The Sword and Shield is a combination of offense and defense and the Chain Whip can be used for fast-paced maneuvers. Each of these weapons can be used for light and heavy attacks, and it can offer special abilities that can be combined with the Demon Hand.

Weapons can be personalized and enhanced with the assistance of freed souls of fallen heroes in this video game, which are called as the Mitama. Players who have defeated stronger and larger foes will be able to get free Mitama from their Oni captors, and they will be able to use them to empower their weapons, armor, or the Demon Hand. It will enhance its Attack, Defense, Speed, Healing, and Control stats.

In "Toukiden 2," it will introduce a new feature in the Mitama system, which is the element of Control. It specializes in summoning Oni to fight for the players. Once the Oni is summoned, it will attack incoming foes as well as act as defense and decoy for them to help them escape a deadly attack.

This time around, only three Mitama can be equipped at a time in the video game. Players are advised to choose the best combinations before the battle to be prepared against certain enemies.
