In Season 7 episode 11 titled "Hostiles and Calamities," Dr. Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt) made poison capsules at the request of two of wives of Negan (Jeffrey Morgan Dean) namely Frankie (Elyse Nicole DuFour) and Tanya (Chloe Aktas).
