A robot maker from Japan claims that he has made a personal robot that could be better than the common smart phone. The alleged little robot that can outwit the smart phone can be placed inside the pocket and talk to it as if like a personal "Jiminy Cricket." Takahashi claims that anyone who will use it can simply put it inside the pocket and talk to it, The News Commenter reported.

CEO of the robot design firm Robo Garage and research associate professor at the University of Tokyo , Tomotaka Takahashi, disclosed to The WorldPost at The WorldPost Future of Work Conference his latest tiny robot creation.  He admits that he was actually aiming for a pocket robot, which remains a prototype at the moment, to totally hit the market by next year for the consuming public to use.

Takahashi claims that the robot has limbs and a head, and has the ability to walk and dance. It is also capable of displaying its emotions through its eye colors and movements. Through these the pocket robot is close to similar with "Robi," a bigger version of a robot also designed by Takahashi that has been out in the market for sale since 2012, according to Huffinton Post.

The different feature about the pocket robot is that it needs to be connected to the net to collect data to be able to determine one's online and offline behavior. It is like the pocket robot is getting to know its user, and it's personality will change accordingly to its owner.

The tiny robot remained nameless as of today.
